We know there is no one size fits all approach. Your body is unique and so should the bodywork you receive. The main reason we started inHabit Wellness was to facilitate healing through a combination of techniques aimed at repairing and correcting specific conditions while creating a deep relaxation response to the nervous system. We find this Neuro-physiological approach has a longer lasting effect on wellbeing. We enjoy the process of exploring root cause and working to address those.
