Owner
Carey founded inHabit Wellness in 2007. As a Licensed Massage Therapist and Instructor, she holds degrees in Biology and Health Science, is a Certified Cupping Therapist, Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and a Member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.
Growing her passion for healthy living, she has received advanced education and training in health coaching, nutrition, and complementary and alternative therapies.
She specializes in integrative and corrective bodywork using a multi-modality approach.

Dora
Studio Support Animal
Dora is a 15 year old Border Terrier Mix. She was rescued from BARC in Houston and has been living her best life off the streets since.
She enjoys hiking, chasing and scream-barking at squirrels, trips to the dog park, napping, alerting us when Amazon has arrived and scavenging.
She loves to greet each client as they enter the studio, hoping you might give her a special snack from her treat jar. Dora may even walk you to the treatment room.
Dora specializes in being adorable, and providing emotional support-ish to all those who enter our studio.
