Our Team



inHabit Wellness was founded in 2007 by Licensed Massage Therapist and Instructor Carey Gage. She holds degrees in Biology and Health Science, is a Certified Cupping Therapist,  Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and a Member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.


Growing her passion for healthy living, she has received advanced education and training in health and wellness coaching, nutrition, and integrative medicine. 

She specializes in Device-Assisted Therapy and Integrative Massage. She delivers a neuro-physiological response through her intuitive and therapeutic bodywork.

Massage Therapist

Liz has been a  Licensed Massage Therapist for 9 years and is also a Licensed Esthetician. With a clinical background, she brings a high level of expertise, professionalism and care to each session. 

Liz specializes in Corrective Massage and pain management utilizing an integrative approach including, deep therapeutic massage, trigger point, active release therapy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF stretching), cupping therapy and fascia scraping techniques.


She feels the most fulfilled helping people feel healthier, connect with their body and live with less pain.

Massage Therapist

Chalice has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 3 years with  7+ years of experience in the physical therapy and chiropractic field.  She holds a B.S. in Health Science Studies from Baylor and received her massage therapy education from Lauterstein-Conway Massage School in Austin.


She specializes in Orthopedic and Medical massage, Prenatal, and Sports Massage using integrative bodywork methods. She believes everyone deserves to live a life with more movement and less pain.


When not fulfilling her passion for massage, she loves cooking, reading, spending time with family and traveling.

Studio Support Animal

Dora is a 13 year old Border Terrier Mix. She was adopted when she was 1 year old from BARC in Houston, Texas 

She enjoys chasing and scream-barking at squirrels, trips to the dog park, napping, exploring her environment and is the ultimate foodie. 

She loves to greet each client as they enter the studio in hopes you might give her a special snack from her treat jar. Dora may even walk you to the treatment room. 

Dora specializes in being adorable, and providing emotional support and smiles to all those who enter our studio.
